Service delivery
Services are coordinated by Zelci Group and delivered through our network of carefully selected partners. Where licensed security services are required, they are provided by appropriately licensed and insured third-party partners in accordance with applicable national regulations in the jurisdiction where the engagement takes place.
Confidentiality
Zelci Group and its personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations. Clients are likewise asked to respect the confidentiality of operational plans and personnel.
Liability
Liability arising from any engagement is governed exclusively by the written agreement between Zelci Group and the client.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific engagement.
